This 150MP shot is taken in west coast of Sweden, Between Båstad and Halmstad! The scenery was just breathtaking and so dramatic!
This image consists of seven consecutive photos in portrait mode, each photo bracketed with three shots, total of 21 shots!
The most challenging part was to match the sky and water as these elements change in time for each individual shot! So I had to match them along the separation line, by extending one wave, or color matching a cloud, etc!
The original resolution is almost 25000 x 6000 pxl, making it suitable for prints up to 125 x 30 inch (317 x 76 cm) ! For original image click on the link below!

Another challenge was to actually upload this to wordpress. WP does not let you upload images bigger than 2500 pixel, but thanks to this plugin, “Disable “BIG Image” Threshold” I managed! This was not a preferable solution; I have spent quite some time to find a platform that allows uploading of huge panorama images, and also let the audience see the details. Unfortunately I could not find such a platform. So for now I do it in my website, even though it can slow it down a bit, so be patient 🙂
