This is Equestrian statue of Frederick the Great, Berlin, taken December 2017.
It seems that the statue looks at its shadow and tries to follow the lead of the shadow. The statue casted a big shadow over the wall of the other side of street in away that one could think that the horseman is the result of the shadow, hence the name!
